Seriously, there are so many new features and enhancements in Flash Builder, it would be impossible to mention them all. Instead, to really get a taste of what’s new in Flash Builder, you really need to watch the videos. Since I work on language features (primarily the language model), I was lucky enough to demo some new coding, debugging and testing features we’ve included so far in Flash Builder.
And if you haven’t already, download the beta of Builder and Flash Catalyst, talk to us on the forums and file any bugs or enhancement ideas you’ve come across.
Once the excitement of the beta dies down a bit, I’ll start going into more detail on what’s new in Builder. Until then, please download the bits and let us know what you think!

I would like to know if it is possible to connect to SOAP 1.2 (W3C recommendation on June 24, 2003) in Flash Builder 4 ?
In FB3 it is only possible to connect to the old SOAP 1.1.
